Hardboil the eggs, then cut each in half.

Take out the egg yolks. Mix with Renée's Gourmet Dip of your choice (about 1 tsp dip per 2 egg halves, or to taste) and salt & pepper to taste.

Refill egg whites with dip mixture, sprinkle with paprika and serve.
