Broccoli and cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
1 cup each 
Red, yellow and green bell pepper, washed and thinly sliced
1 cup each 
Snow peas and baby carrots, washed
1 cup each 
Asparagus spears and celery sticks, washed and trimmed
1 of each 
Red, yellow and green pepper, hollowed out

 

  • Wash and deseed the red, yellow and green whole peppers. Fill each pepper with one dip flavour. Place on serving platter.
  • Prepare and place all other vegetables on the platter and serve.
