bocconcini, either baby or sliced

red tomato, seeded and diced

yellow tomato, seeded and diced

Preheat oven to 350° F/177° C.
Brush Renée’s Caesar Dressing evenly over the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Top with tomatoes, bocconcini and basil.
Bake for approximately 7 minutes, or until cheese is soft.
