Caesar Caprese Pizza

Main Ingredient: Vegetable/Vegetarian

Meal Type: Main dish, Appetizer/Starter
   
pre-baked flatbread/pizza crust (approx. 10” x 12”)
¼ cup Renée’s Gourmet Caesar Dressing
¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
1  cup bocconcini, either baby or sliced
1   red tomato, seeded and diced
1   yellow tomato, seeded and diced
3 tbsp fresh basil leaves, torn or chopped
1 tsp olive oil
 
  • Preheat oven to 350° F/177° C.
  • Brush Renée’s Caesar Dressing evenly over the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Top with tomatoes, bocconcini and basil.
  • Bake for approximately 7 minutes, or until cheese is soft.
  • Tasty Substitutions: Experiment by adding your favourite ingredients to personalize your pizza, like sundried tomato, bacon, pitted olives or mushrooms.
  • Plating Tips: You can easily adjust the size to create bite-size appetizers, or serve as a main course.
