Renée's Gourmet Mediterranean Greek Vinaigrette
1 bunch
Asparagus, blanched
8 slices
Prosciutto
1/2 cup
Black olives
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brush asparagus with Vinaigrette. Divide into 8 portions and wrap each with a slice of prosciutto.
Place bundles on lightly greased pan. Place in oven for 5 to 7 minutes, turning as needed and brushing with remaining vinaigrette.
Arrange on a platter, sprinkle with olives and serve.
Quick Tip:
Instead of prosciutto, after grilling asparagus, wrap with smoked salmon.
