Far-East Noodles with Tangy Thai Sauce

1 cup Renée's Gourmet Tangy Thai Sauce
OR  Renée's Gourmet Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
2  cups Thin Oriental rice noodles or cappellini (angel hair pasta)
2 tsp Freshly grated ginger
2  tsp Freshly crushed garlic
1/2  cup Green onion, chopped
1  cup Red pepper, thinly sliced
Carrot, peeled and julienned
1 cup Zucchini, sliced
1  cup Snow peas, cut diagonally in half
1/2  cup Peanuts (optional)
1  tbsp Sesame seeds
 
  • Into a pan of boiling water place noodles for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain.
  • In a heated wok pour your choice of Renée's Gourmet Sauce .
  • To the wok add ginger, garlic, onions, peppers, carrot, zucchini, snow peas and peanuts. Toss and heat covered for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Add noodles and toss again, cooking for another 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with toasted sesame seeds.
