Sesame Ginger Stir-Fry

1/2 bottle  Renée's Gourmet Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
Chicken breasts, boneless
1 cup  Broccoli florets
1/2 cup  Carrots, chopped
1 cup  Mushrooms
1 cup  Snow Peas
1/2 cup  Red onion, diced
1 cup  Bean Sprouts
1 Tbsp  Oil
 
  • Heat 1/2 of the Renée's Gourmet Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce and oil in a wok, until hot and sizzling.
  • Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the vegetables and stir-fry quickly over high heat, leaving vegetables very crisp.
  • Add the rest of Sesame Ginger Teriyaki sauce, and cook until slightly thickened. Serve over glass noodles or rice.

Quick Tip: Renée’s Gourmet Tangy Thai Sauce can also be used.
